AIDS Emergency Fund is really excited to bring the community together to create this year's Castro County Fair in a collaborative spirit. We are counting non-profits, merchants and others from our community to make contributions to the success of the Fair, where they can build their visibility with the more than 1,000 expected attendees.
There are several ways to become a Community Partner:
• Become An Exhibitor (non-profits and merchants)
• Participate In Our Revenue Sharing Program (non-profits only)
• Sponsor A Carnival Game (non-profits and merchants)
• Provide Entertainment or Other Programming (individuals, non-profits and merchants)
• Provide Volunteers

Participate In Our Revenue Sharing Program
in today's economy non-profits are looking for additional ways to raise funds. We are excited to announce our revenue sharing program for non-profits. Non-profits purchase tickets at wholesale and resell them to their constituents at retail. Wholesale tickets for non-profits are available in packs of 25 tickets. An investment of $375.00 will yield an net gain of $250.00 in revenues.

Sponsor A Carnival Game
Castro County Fair will feature more than 20 carnival games for kids and adults alike. As we know from past experience, it takes a lot of volunteers to run the carnival games. So this year, we're letting non-profits and merchants sponsor the games. What does that mean? Your organization or business purchases at least 10 full price Fair tickets in advance and resell them to friends, associates, constituents and/or customers. You recruit volunteers to work the game during the Fair. You solicit and collect game prizes to give away to winners. Your organization gets great visibility at the Fair. We're building our list of carnival games now, so sign up early to get first pick.

Provide Entertainment or Other Programming
Castro County Fair is an exciting and dynamic event with many moving parts. We're looking to our Community Partners to help us create a day's worth of entertainment and programming. If you, your organization or business has ideas about entertainment or programming of any kind please be in contact with us right away. We open to all kinds of creative ways to make this event fun for kids and adults alike.

Provide Volunteers
To produce this year's Castro County Fair, we will need nearly 200 volunteers. If you organization or business would like to be a part of the Fair you can do so by providing volunteers.
